During the voyage to Provence, the captain informs the passengers that the famous thief Arsene Lupine is among them and that Lady Gerland’s jewels have been stolen. But the gentleman thief is never where you expect him to be!
The first story with which the famous gentleman-thief appeared, “The Arrest of Arsene Lupine”, was written in 1905 by Maurice LeBlanc.
